Low Carb Desserts Okay With ADA
Break out the low carb desserts!
The American Diabetes Association revises it viewpoint on low carb diets in 2008 stating “low carbohydrate diets might seem to be a logical approach to lowering postprandial glucose”. This changes from last year when the ADA stated that low carb diets were not recommended in the management of diabetes.
Okay, low carb desserts = low sugar desserts ... why did it take sooo long to approve that?
