

Low
carb desserts are about variety, finding sugar free
syrups, toppings and candies to give variations of flavors to your favorite low
carb dessert. The low
carb flavors in the photos above would be a great addition to a low
carb cheesecake, puddings and custard or even just a on top of a scoop of sugar free or low
carb ice cream.
This is great! I have been making healther puddings for years and selling them to my local gym in the uk. I have found the best sweetener to use is 'fructose' which is fruit sugar - it doesn't give you an insulin spike like regular sugar but is better for you than artifical sweeteners.
